However, you do not need a physical copy of your prescription to place your order. If you do not have a copy of your contact lens prescription you will be given an opportunity to enter the contact information for your eye care practitioner and CONTACTS AMERICA will contact them and quickly verify the prescription.
This generally only applies to residents of the United States as Federal law requires that a prescription be verified before an individual can buy contact lenses.

CONTACTS AMERICA guarantees that you receive the exact contact lenses that you specified in your order (and were confirmed by your eye care practioner). All your lenses will arrive sealed in the manufacturer's sterile packaging or your purchase will be refunded.
In addition, if within 30 days of placing your order the product is found unsatisfactory all unopened boxes or vials may be returned for a full refund.
