We will only contact your optician if you are unable to provide a copy of your current prescription. If you are not able to provide a signed, dated copy of your prescription, we are obliged, by law to contact your optician prior to processing your order for contact lenses.

Your order will only be dispatched upon receipt of a contact lens prescription which has been issued within the past 12 months. We can only supply enough lenses to last the duration of your prescription.
